This website and the app are built toward the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA.

Text and controls are checked for contrast. Every page works from a keyboard, with a visible focus outline and a link to skip to the content. Forms have real labels. Headings are in order so a screen reader can move through a page. Choices say whether they are selected. Nothing flashes, moves or plays on its own. Pages reflow to one column when zoomed to 200% or viewed on a phone.

The room timeline on the staff side is a picture of the day. Each row also carries the same information as text.

Files that engineers share, such as audio and session notes, are hosted on outside services whose players we do not control. The payment pages belong to Stripe. If either gives you trouble, we will take the booking or the payment another way.

818 SW 7th Ave is an office building from 1950. Tell us what you need when you book, such as step free entry, seating, or a quiet place to wait, and we will tell you plainly what the building can and cannot do before you come.
