When you book or ask for a quote: your name or band name, email, phone if you give it, the service and time you chose, and the intake answers you fill in: a demo link, lyrics, chords, reference tracks, writer splits, whether the song uses samples, and whether it is registered with a performing rights organization.

When you make a login: your email and a password. The password is stored only as a one way hash. We cannot read it.

When you RSVP: your name, your email if you give it, and any feedback you choose to leave after the event.

While a project runs: the notes you and the engineer leave, links to your files, and what has been paid.

Automatically: one session cookie that keeps you signed in. It is not used for tracking. Our hosting provider keeps ordinary server logs, which include IP addresses, for a short time.

We never see or store your card number. Payments are handled by Stripe on Stripe’s own pages. We do not use advertising cookies, analytics trackers or social media pixels.

To hold your time, prepare for your session, deliver your files, take payment, answer you, and ask how it went. That is all.

Railway hosts the app. Turso hosts the database. Stripe processes payments. Google delivers our email. Google Fonts serves the typeface, which means your browser requests the font files from Google. Each of them handles your information only to provide that service to us.

We share information when the law requires it, and not otherwise.

Booking and payment records are kept as long as tax and accounting rules require. Project notes and intake answers are kept so returning clients do not start from zero. Ask and we will delete what we are not required to keep.

You can ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you. Write to spacecampstudios1@gmail.com from the email on your booking and we will answer within 30 days.

Bookings are made by adults. We do not knowingly collect information from a child under 13. If a minor is recording, a parent or guardian makes the booking and gives us the details.

The site runs over an encrypted connection, passwords are hashed, payment details never touch our servers, and staff access is limited by role. No system is perfect. If we learn of a breach that affects you, we will tell you.

If what we collect changes, this page changes first, and the date at the top changes with it.
