How a project runs
Pick the work and an open window. A deposit holds the room. Nothing is held until it clears.
A rough demo or voice memo, the lyrics, the chords, whether there is a capo, and a reference track for the sound you are after.
The engineer researches who made your reference and how, listens to the demo, and comes back with questions instead of guessing.
Drums, bass, chords, leads, vocals, harmonies, in that order. The room is set and the session is loaded before you arrive.
Raw takes, not a mix, uploaded before you leave the building. Something to play for someone tonight.
You see the mix move through its stages, listen, and leave notes in your account. A revision comes back.
The same loop again for the master, until it is approved.
The balance is due before the final files release. You get WAV and MP3 and a master info sheet for your records.
What it costs
Flat prices, not ranges. Tracking is sold as a package with the hours in it, and mix and master is one price per song.

The terms, in plain words
The deposit is the booking.
A 50% deposit reserves your date and comes off the final balance. It is not refundable, but give us 24 hours notice and the session moves and the deposit moves with it. A no show or a late cancellation can lose it.
The balance is due before the final files are released. Rough tracking and review mixes reach you earlier so you are never paying blind.
Your music, your performances and your recordings stay yours. The studio does not claim ownership of anything you make here.
