How a project runs
Pick the work and an open window. Paying for it holds the room. Nothing is held until it clears.
A rough demo or voice memo, the lyrics, the chords, whether there is a capo, and a reference track for the sound you are after.
The engineer researches who made your reference and how, listens to the demo, and comes back with questions instead of guessing.
The room is set and the session is loaded before you arrive, so the time goes to recording. The parts go down in whatever order suits the song.
Raw takes, not a mix, uploaded before you leave the building. Something to play for someone tonight.
You listen in your account and pin notes to the exact moment in the song. Send the link to your bandmates so they can do the same. You decide which changes go to the engineer, and a revision comes back.
The same loop again for the master, until it is approved.
You download the finished files exactly as they were made, nothing compressed on the way: WAV and MP3, and a master info sheet for your records.
What it costs
Flat prices, not ranges. Tracking is sold as a package with the hours in it, and mix and master is one price per song.

Putting out a song every month? Monthly plans hold your slot and cost less than booking one at a time. Want a package, a few songs at once, or something not listed? Request a quote and we will send you a price.
Paying is the booking.
Payment in full reserves your date. It is not refundable, but give us 24 hours notice and the session moves and the payment moves with it to the new date. A no call no show is not refunded.
Anything added later, like extra time or another song, is quoted and agreed before it is billed. Rough tracking reaches you the same night.
Your music, your performances and your recordings stay yours. The studio does not claim ownership of anything you make here.
